Terms of service
Last updated 9 September 2026
1. Who this is between
These terms are the agreement between [Legal entity name], [registered address] ("Seoduh", "we") and the person or company that opens an account ("you"). Using the service means you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.
2. What the service is
Seoduh reads the analytics accounts you connect, keeps the history, and reports what happened to your traffic around the changes you made. It is a reporting tool. It does not act on your site, and nothing it says is professional advice.
3. Your account
- You sign in with a Google account and you must be at least 16. If you lose access to that account you lose access to Seoduh, so keep it recoverable.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anyone you invite to your workspace.
- Keep your sign-in secure and tell us promptly at hello@seoduh.com if you think it has been misused.
4. Connected accounts
You choose which sources to connect and you authorise Seoduh to read them on your behalf. Access is read-only in every case, and you can disconnect any source at any time in Settings.
- You confirm you are allowed to connect those accounts and to analyse the sites behind them.
- Your use of each source stays subject to that provider's own terms: Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare and GitHub as they apply.
- Providers change their APIs, quotas and history windows. When they do, the data available in Seoduh changes with them, and that is not a fault in the service.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Seoduh to analyse sites or accounts you have no right to, to re-sell raw provider data in breach of that provider's terms, to try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, or to do anything unlawful with it. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.
6. Trial, plans and price
- Trial. Fourteen days, no card required. If you do not subscribe, the account simply stops fetching new data at the end of it.
- Plans. $9 a month for one domain and one team member; $29 a month for ten domains and three team members; a custom plan for more domains and more people, agreed in writing. Access to the MCP endpoint is included in every paid plan.
- Founder price. The $9 and $29 rates are limited to the first 100 subscribers on each plan. Once a pool closes the list price is $19 and $39. If you took a founder seat you keep its price for as long as your subscription runs without a break; cancelling and coming back later means the list price at that time.
- Changes. We can change list prices with 30 days' notice by email. A founder seat is not affected by those changes while it lasts.
7. Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our payments processor; we sell to you directly and issue your invoice. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we are required to add. You can cancel any time in the billing portal and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part months unless the law where you live says otherwise. If a payment fails we may pause data collection until it clears.
8. What we promise, and what we do not
We will run the service with reasonable skill and care. We do not promise a particular uptime, we do not promise that any number in the product is complete or exact, and we do not promise that a correlation it shows is a cause. Figures come from third-party APIs, arrive late or restated at times, and the comparisons Seoduh draws are a starting point for your judgement, not a substitute for it. Decisions you take from them are yours.
9. Your data
Your account data and everything fetched from your connected sources stays yours. You grant us the licence needed to store and process it in order to run the service, and nothing more. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train models. The privacy policy explains what we hold and for how long. Export is available from the app, and on request while your account is open.
10. Our software
Seoduh, its code, design and content are ours. You get a licence to use the service while your subscription lasts, and nothing else transfers.
11. Ending it
You can close your account at any time. We can end an account for serious or repeated breach of these terms, or with 30 days' notice if we stop offering the service, in which case we refund the unused part of what you paid. On closure we delete your data on the schedule in the privacy policy, so export anything you want to keep first.
12. Liability
Neither of us excludes liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost traffic or rankings, or for indirect or consequential loss. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For anything material we will email account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the change.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of [jurisdiction], and the courts of [venue] have exclusive jurisdiction, except that a consumer may bring a claim in their own country of residence.
